Revit Architecture 1 - Residential Buildings

This introductory Revit training course will lead the user through the basic procedures of designing an integrated building model. New topics include project creation, navigation and display concepts, designing with components, working with levels, creating and editing walls, adding doors and windows, creating floor and roof objects, working with view properties, object styles, loading and modifying family components, adding dimensions and annotations, adding and modifying drawing sheets and plotting procedures.Detailed Description (Additional details, sample notes & video)

64 - 16 classes at 4 hours each

Prerequisites

CADD 2 - AutoCAD 2 - Advanced 2D

This a continuous intake course that can be started at any time and on any day of the year. Courses may be completed as quickly as the student desires within a three month period following the student registration date.

Technical Requirements:

A Windows-based computer with DVD drive and internet access. Any computer built within the last three years should meet the minimum hardware requirements. Advanced courses may have higher hardware requirements.
Access to a recent version of the appropriate software. Students registered in ProTrainCAD courses are eligible to download FREE student software. Check your registration email for details.
